Whatcha eating today VSGers? Friday, 7/28/2017
Good morning! Getting hyped up for the weekend, aiming for two 13k walks on Saturday and Sunday.
As of next Monday, I will have officially saved $4,000 compared to last year, due to no longer having to buy medications and insulin! Woohoo! Now I get to use that money for something fun :-)
Jeans day at work, my 36" jeans now fit absolutely perfectly and are so comfortable! I'm getting excited for the local Dillard's sale, which should be any time now... get a whole new work wardrobe for cheeeep. Depending on prices, I may pick up a couple smaller items, too.
RANT: It's flippin' 100+º outside and by the time the afternoon comes around I have to wear a coat in the office. I actually have a scheduled appointment in my calendar now to go outside and sit in the sun to warm up. #thin(ner)peopleproblems
Should be a boring day at work, working on little piddly projects and generally just puttering around until I leave for the day.

I had to laugh with you on this. I'm in Phoenix where it's been crazy hot. But everywhere you go the a/c is full blast. My former office was like a sub z meat locker.
I ended up feeling super crappy yesterday afternoon. I might have had my first migraine ever -- what a pain! Well I didn't make it to crossfit and I missed some of my favorite lifts, so I'm hoping that I can make it up today. Crossfit it is hard to ever "make it up" because everyday is different and you either do two workouts in one day or you never make it up... well today is my least favorite stuff (gymnastics) and yesterday was my favorite (olympic lifts). Realistically I should probably just do today's workout b/c the stuff you hate the most is the stuff you need to work on the most boo! I have a hockey tournement starting tomorrow, so I probably shouldn't overdo it today. We will see how things end up.

This cold/sinus/allergies whatever it is, is kicking my butt! At home today trying to feel better because I have to be at work tomorrow! My head and throat hurt, I can't breathe, can't smell, and can't taste. Therefore, my menu for today is the following:
B, L, &D: Eating something either chunky and hot, or chunky and cold. Drinking something either hot and wet, or cold and wet lol
Water and vites on track
E: Nope
Just hanging around the house today! Finally broke down and bought some new underwear, lol no more parachute undies and 3 sizes smaller, woohoo!

S cucumbers with Greek yogurt ranch dip
L hot dog, no bun
D cube steak
Vitamins and water good. Late evening walk and hopefully start mowing the grass before the storms roll in tomorrow.
