Great Healthy Alternative Found at Mcdonalds
I live in Upstate NY. I had a later than usual night at the gym and running errands and was hungry. I was driving by Mcdonalds and saw the sign was advertising Lobster rolls so I stopped. Pleasantly surprised at the quality. I ate the Lobster meat and the lettuce and did not touch the roll. There was no Mayo or butter on the Lobster, it was delicious. I was happy to find a healthy alternative, this was my first meal from Mcdonalds in 3 years.
If I am on the road I like doing what I call the naked morning Mac. I order the morning Mac without the bun. It is 2 sausage patties a piece of cheese and an egg. All protein!
Ewwwwwww! You ate the lettuce? You know that's just there for decoration, right? It's like eating a doily.

I went on vacation in Maine 20+ years ago and it was a year that there was a GREAT lobster haul - very strange then to see McDonald's serving McLobster!

Whaaaaat? Lobster rolls at Mickey Dee's? I wonder if they're on the menu here, in downstate NY.
I'm intrigued. Scared...but also intrigued.
