Boiled egg & Constipation
I struggled a lot with the constipation. After doing a lot of tests - stop eating categories of foods for weeks ... I found out that it was boiled eggs doing this which I used to eat very often (3-4 months post surgery) because I really like them.
I wish I knew before.
If you eat eggs and are constipated, try to stop them and see how your body reacts.

High protein and low fiber, in general, will cause constipation. For me, eliminating a food won't do a thing. I have to take Miralax daily to keep things moving.

Ditto. I also try to remain cognizant of getting enough fat in my diet.

That's what I thought too, but at least for me its not true at all.
Meat/Fish/Chicken do not constipate me at all even if I eat only that. And when I eat boiled eggs, even if eat only fibers before and after, I will be constipated for sure ...
