I'm leaning toward HEIRLOOM TOMATO & BURRATA BOARD
prosciutto, arugula, 15-year aged balsamic

If I wanted to be boring this sounds like a good one:
GRILLED CHIPOTLE CHICKEN SKEWERS
sweet corn & black bean salad, tomatillo salsa
But, the Ahi Tartare sounds good too.
Honestly, most of the fish dishes sound fantastic too. I'm apparently hungry.

I agree the ahi tuna looks awesome. I'd get it if it didn't have the "tropical salsa" because that is likely to have high fructose fruits that'll make me sick. Bah humbug.

The desserts are pretty awesome since they're served in large shot glasses. So they're small. Which means, for us, it's a perfect size and for a non-WLS person they could get multiples to try if so inclined!

ROASTED PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED FIGS
Gorgonzola stuffed, 15-year aged balsamic (250 cal)
*WOOD-GRILLED FILET MIGNON
sugar snap peas, trio of roasted mushrooms, toybox tomatoes, Yukon mash, red wine sauce (500 cal)
or
WOOD-GRILLED BONELESS RAINBOW TROUT
crushed potatoes, heritage carrots, grilled lemon (450 cal)
I know the figs have sugar, but I would have one. Then I would just eat the meat of either the steak or fish.

Reading that menu made me salivate.
I'm a sucker for a filet mignon, since I can't cook a steak to save my life. So, despite all the other tasty options, I'd probably go for that.

I would go for the appetizers, cuz I never fix seafood at home!
