Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Saturday, 7/15/2017
Good morning everybody! Finally got motivated to get on my phone and do posting from there. Not much going on today except I've got the house clean and I'm thinking about going to see The Big Sick.

L: Oscar Mayer garlic herb deli chicken wrapped in lettuce and topped with roma tomato and smoked gouda
D: not sure. Maybe tuna and cottage cheese
S: cherries or watermelon. Whatever looks best at the store
Need to get my butt motivated on water vitamins and walking since I just finished cleaning. :-)

I've been stuck between the same 2 pounds for the last 3 weeks now. I'm not really sure why this stall is taking forever. I'm thinking of doing 2-3 days of liquids to see if maybe it will jump start things again. I have been feeling more hungry lately and have been upping my water to compensate for that. I hate when stalls last this long. It gets kinda discouraging. Any advice from anyone to help me get past this? I'm also wondering if the carafate I take four times a day has a lot of sugar in it?

Jumping in here real quick to say hi..and then I am off again to finish the dessert for the dinner we are catering tonight..gotta get a shower in there somewhere, lol. Don't want to go sweaty and stinky!
