Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Wednesday, 7/12/2017
Evening all. Lost, but found and checking in!
I'm having a real hard time, for some reason. I don't know whats going on. I feel like I hit a wall and I have no urge for exercise. I don't know why. I scratched my eye this weekend, had to take Monday and Tuesday off. Somehow my addled mind seemed to think that meant food as well. I did danish and chocolate chip cookies from costco... But I dumped all that on my mom last night. No carbs in the house. Picked up mixed greens, cucumbers (I chip for snacks), avacado, asparagus, snow pea pods and apples. I'm sitting at 523 calories for today and it's time for bed.
I feel totally bloated, but it is about 'that time' as well.
AM: van PP with k-cups
Brunch: Salsa Chicken with mango salsa & plain yogurt
D: Jalapeno & Cheddar Smoked Sausage
Water & Vites
E: Treadmill 20 minutes, Abs
