Late to the party today, as I've been conducting interviews all morning! Today is my first day back with my trainer since before vacation, and it's going to be rough I'm sure. I got a myofascial release massage last night. I was afraid it was going to be hokey, but wow - it was pretty awesome!

Day off, slept too late, staring in to space trying to get my brain rested lol. Hoping to get motivated later, but I sincerely doubt it will happen!

L: I have no freaking idea, maybe the last of the smoked pulled pork and some Swirls cheese sticks
D: Not sure I can get in 3 meals today, but maybe Italian chicken sausages
