Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Sunday 7/9/17
Guten morgen! Started off the day with my first ever 10k walk, feeling great right now. You would expect that I would have lost some weight this morning but nooooooooo... LOL I'm sure I'm just swollen right now.
Putting up the rest of my pictures, and then all we have left to unpack is our books.

E: 10.5k walk and counting... probably more when we go shopping!

LOL Started to post here 4 hours ago and got sidetracked! Brain rest day, that must be it!
B: Jimmy Dean Meat Lovers Simply Scrambles (not bad, but turns out I can fix my own in the same amount of time! lol), coffee w/HWC and erythritol

EDITED TO ADD: Ended up having Swirls cheese sticks and turkey snack bites for dinner. Needed a grab and go, one of those nights!
Just got back from changing my brothers bandage..and we are getting ready for vacation bible school at church this week. I was asked to help in the kitchen and do the snack time devotional for the kids. I am nervous, I hate public speaking especially now that people are actually looking at me and noticing me. The food part should be fine..chicken nuggets and corn dogs aren't a trigger for me, lol.

L was a mix up of leftovers..cleaned out the fridge at least..had a bite of last night's chicken from the Mexican restaurant and finished off some cubed steak
D since I will be busy in the evenings at church this week, we are grilling up some cilantro lime chicken, ribeye, and goat sausage..plenty of leftovers.
Vitamins and water in. Did some extra walking outside watering and feeding animals.
