D Greek yogurt..too tired to cook.
Vitamins and water in. Exercise, trying to catch some baby piggies today that need to move to a different pasture.

Yesterday was a shiite food day. However... I took my first strides towards jogging/running. I did 45 minutes on treadmill, three times I jogged/ran for 2:30.
AM: coffee with Van pp
B: Kay's naturals Mocha Espresso 'cookies' (actually could use milk and eat as cereal)
L: salsa chicken
D: Chicken breast, cottage cheese, hummus
Water & Vites - RECOMMEND SPORTEA- FABULOUS no caffeine
90 min treadmill & interval jog/run
so far 752 cals and 16+K steps
