Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Saturday, 7/1/2017

Holy cow, it's July people! Went to a dinner party last night and did pretty well with my eating (even passed on dessert, which is hard for me). Tonight is a ****tail party with lots of hors d'oeuvres so that'll be dinner. Dinner parties again Tuesday and the Fourth. I think summers up here and Thanksgiving/Christmas are going to be my big challenges foodwise over the year! So far so good on the summer front...
What are your biggest food situation challenges?
B - coffee and yogurt (I so appreciate eating the same breakfast everyday. I love not having to think about it)
L - grilled chicken?
D - Hor d'oeuvres
S - protein shake
I'm pretty nervous about today. My mom will be here in an hour or so and we're going to see JC Superstar in the city. I'm concerned about my stamina and I'm worried about my bowels. I'm worried about my mobility and comfort. Sigh.

2: no idea - hopefully the ramen place by the theater and I'll get a bowl and drink broth and pick out the protein pieces

I know, July already! How can that be? Time seems to move a lot faster the older I get:-) Sounds like your Fourth is going to be fun Cecily! Going to Spokane to see Phantom of the Opera for the holiday, then to stay with some friends until Saturday.

Summer IS going by fast.
My biggest food challenge is in the evening and when I go to gatherings with others.

L: yogurt, berries, ON Cinnamon Roll, flax
D: shrimp, ****tail sauce (homemade), lettuce
S: peanuts @ the game
Hardest time is at night.
B coffee with cream and egg mcmuffin
L tuna, cottage cheese and some chips and cheese
Going to the casino, we will see
