E: at a minimum, a 5k walk and 76 flights of stairs today

I work in a tall building, so I take the stairs up and down during the day, including on the way to and from my 5k walk.

Sometimes it's just easier to go to the bathroom on the first floor instead of on my floor. Sometimes I "forget" things in my car.

It all adds up.

HAPPY FRIDAY! Nice low key weekend planned. Maybe I'll finally take myself to see "Megan Leavey". Sunday, breakfast with a friend and she is going to go to the shelter with me to socialize kitties while I walk the dogs. :)

B: Chocolate premier and coffee

S: cheese stick

L: red pepper hummus, carrots and 1/2 c. cottage cheese

S: triple zero greek yogurt

D: Taco Salad, minus chips, throw a couple tablespoons of refried beans in their for additional protein

Water, walking and supplements on tap. Enjoy the weekend, everyone and have a happy and safe 4th celebration!

I give up trying to get my husband to go with, so I'll bring puffs on my own, for sure! I figure it can't have more than another 1 or 2 weeks out at theaters, so want to get that in soon! :)

Start my new/old job today!

Weighed a few days early and am down to 169.8! Less than 20 pounds to go!!!!

Yesterday's #'s: Calories-1150, Fat-52.8g, Fiber-1g, Carbs-39.7g, Sodium-1023.9mg, Protein-129.8g, Water-1944ml. Daily Calorie Composition: 14% from carbs, 41% from fat and 45% from protein.

E: Legs, treadmill & elliptical

Glad to be home today resting..after travelling back and forth to the hospital all week (an hour trip to and from) plus all my regular daily stuff I am pooped! His surgery went well and they did not have to remove the lymph node. He is very sore and the bandage change is no fun, but he is supposed to come home tomorrow.

B premier shake

S deviled eggs (made a big batch since I had some eggs to use up, yummy snack!)

L last bbq turkey wing and a couple bites of chef salad

D shrimp scampi with Angel hair pasta for the fellas

Vitamins in. Water a little behind because I slept til 9:30, that's unusual, but I'm tired..I'll catch up. Exercise, not much.
