L: tuna, dill pickle, Mayo w/ olive oil, celery and berries
D: left over pork chop, flat iron steak, summer squash casserole (making eggplant Parmesan Rollatini for DH - recipe posted here) Veggies are coming out of my ears.
S: SB Dolce Cinnamon Cold Brew (bought my own grounds - a reward for my good behavior), SF Torani Hazelnut, Splash Fairlife milk
E: water jogging, arm weights, squats

Still feeling gross and now my fever is higher. I'm pretty sure at this point this has nothing to do with my surgery and that I contracted the bug that my 8-year old had last week (but I put in a call to my surgeon just to be safe, of course). I feel pretty normal with Tylenol every 6 hours, but I have no appetite, so protein has been a struggle. I went to bed at 7:30 pm last night and missed out on a shake I should have had. The only positive here is that I finally broke below this weight stall I've been stuck in!

D: Pulled pork and 1 TBSP BBQ sauce

So I pulled a new pair of pants out of the closet yesterday that are 16w's (yay!) that I ordered from LandsEnd. They are slimfit cropped twill cotton pants. I spent about 10 minutes looking to find how you get into these things! No button, no zipper, no elastic in the waist, no stretch. It was like a puzzle box with no instructions. Knowing I have no hips, thighs or rear, I finally just dove in and wiggled them up. The good news is they fit once I eventually wrangled them on, the bad news is how can pants be made with no closures and if no closures, no elastic?? So weird.

I had another bad night of sleep which leads to a bad morning. But I'm showered, garmented, and Art is making my protein shake for me. Once I get a bit more with it and awake, I'll be better. I haven't been taking anything for my pain, which is only at a 1-2 these days, but I had the realization that I should probably take a dose of tylenol before bed and then a dose when my first alarm goes off in the morning and then just lie there for 30 minutes to let it wor****il the second alarm goes off. This might help my mornings and nights be a bit better.

3: whatever the guys decide - last night I actually chose Asian which was narrowed down to the Chinese and I had some crispy shredded beef. It was yummy.

I did go for a bike ride but i had an fall at the end. Im doing okay. Probably wont go today its too cold out.
