I would revert back to full liquids for now. Your stomach might not be ready for solid foods.

I couldn't eat 3 ounces of food (without intense discomfort like you are describing) for over a year after surgery. Try cutting your portions in half and see if that helps. Good luck!

A YEAR?! oh my goodness. i am scaling back for the next few days and see if it helps. that feeling of intense pressure and rolling liquid coming up is NO BUENO. what a learning curve this whole thing has been, and i'm only 10 days in.
