I am going to be spending the day taking my 87 year old friend to her doctor's appointments. We will have lots of time to catch up. I hope I am as sharp, curious and energetic as she is at that age.

Hey everyone! Happy Hump Day :) Breakfast themed treat day for Audrey's June birthday today and it was wicked good. Tried to stay away from the really crazy high carb stuff, but did over do it with assorted fruit and dip, so literally I have blocked myself in a corner of only have diced chicken breast for both lunch and dinner with nothing else. Ugha....highest amount of calories I have had since surgery, but walking a lot to try and counteract. I think I am going to have to just resign from bringing anything and participating monthly, as it is my Achilles' heel to walk by the treat table. ERGH~
Hmm, more rain today. Decided to get outta this house and go to Wal-Mart and at least get some steps in. Later we are going up to the shop to hopefully finish the ceiling.
