Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday 6/20/17
Lunch time and just getting on here. Hope everyone is having a great day! My sister posted yesterday they picked a bunch of romaine out of their garden so I headed over there after work, and raided her bounty! :) She is lucky to live in a portion of Kansas City North that has decent soil for planting in her subdivision! :)
B: Bananas and cream premier/coffee
L: 3 romaine rollups (filled with deli chicken, little red pepper hummus and 2% reduced fat sting cheese)
D: taco salad boats made with remainder romaine, no chips! :)
S: peach triple zero oikos yogurt/ 2 T. sugar free cool whip
Water, walking and vites/supplements getting in!
Up and out of the house early this morning, got a lot done today.

L-Chia/flax hot cereal with green apples
S-hard boiled egg
D-Spring rolls at Pho restaurant

E-Walked dog early this morning, yard work today

My day off...have big plans...doubt any of them will come to fruition! lol I might be too old for the demands of my new job--I'm exhausted! Starting my couple of weeks of dropping my calories to 600/day. Hope it helps kick the weight loss back into gear!

Thanks, livingincolor! It's just for the summer, so I'm going to muddle through. It's very fast paced, and both I and my coworker go just as fast and hard as we can all day, but there's always still more to do when we leave than when we started!! lol They keep telling us it gets easier as the summer progresses...lord I hope that's true! lol
Still raining and thunder..the ducks don't mind though. I did manage to get in a couple short walks before the clouds unleashed their fury again. At least it's cooler.

Very late to the party today!
Stalls are very frustrating! I have had a few long ones. The longest was for 5 weeks only a few weeks out of surgery. Sticking to your plan as you are and it will start to move again. Really it will!

D: 1oz london broil, 1oz keilbasa, 1 1/2 oz chicken breast. 1/4 C sauted onions & Peppers
