Yesterday one of my guys pulled a fast one on me. I'm a prankster but I never mess with one's food. He put ghost pepper oil in my habanero sauce. As usual I dumped the container (about a tbsp) of habanero on my 1/2 cup of beans. He had put 8-10 drops of ghost pepper oil in it.
He laughed the second that I took the first bite and produced a new container of beans that he bought as a peace offering. I told him that he was going to get it but that I could out do his prank. I ate my beans. I also spent time in the bathroom singing Johnny Cash's "Ring of Fire".

I feel better today. I never got dressed yesterday, just lounged around.

Well as expected since I had a sudden weight drop of 5 pounds, I'm up almost a pound today( .80). This is normal for me though after I have had a big drop in a short time. I went to my chiropractor this morning and as I was leaving she yelled down the hallway " and pull ya pants up!). This cracked me up as I've only had these capris for a month.

S: protein bar, pork rinds
E: swimming ( hopefully more than 15 mins since it started storming yesterday)
I had a bad night/morning. I just could not sleep right and woke up feeling all crappy because of it. "Yay." So we'll see how the day goes and how capable of braining I am for my class. I'd like to make more of a dent in my material for the week, but we'll see how it goes.

liquid and vites: yup! And the only post-surgical stuff I'm still on is arnica, lovenox injections, and the occasional dose of pain medication. Yay.

Continuing my back-to-basics trend...

L: 2 oz chicken, 2 oz broccoli/cauliflower rice/shredded carrots with 2 oz low cal dressing, protein shake

E: 140 flights of stairs... it's supposed to hit 120° today and walking is out of the question.
Going to drop a protein shake tomorrow and see if I tolerate only one snack per day.
