I would totally dig your clouds for a day. It was 102 at 8pm last night!
I had an awesome arm workout yesterday. I was using the assisted pull-up machine, and used my lowest weight ever. It was hard. The biggest thing I noticed while doing it was that I could see HUGE definition in my abs and arms while doing it. My trainer was laffing in amazement of the changes that are going on. It was another one of those moments when I looked in the mirror and was shocked and amazed at how much my body has changed.
Yesterdays #'s: Calories-917, Fat-32.1g, Fiber-4.6g, Carbs-37.3g, Sodium-1662.3mg, Protein-113.3g, Water-2500ml. Daily Calorie Composition: 17% from carbs, 32% from fat and 51% from protein.

I'm stalled too, and up several pounds after vacation in New England last week. Clothes are still fitting the same so not too worried, but it would be nice to drop some. Just gotta keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Surprise, surprise ... up a pound! I followed my eating plan yesterday but knew Sunday's splurge was going to show today. Moving forward a step at a time. Super pleased with my therapist and the session yesterday. Grateful to have found someone I can connect with and trust. Everything always works out. A beautiful day, less humidity and SUNSHINE! Can't wait to spend as much time as I can outside.
