Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday 6/20/17
I've never hit an actual stall before and I think I finally have. It's been just about 2 weeks since I've lost and this morning I'm up some. It's really frustrating when you know you're tracking every single bite and can't seem to move. My scale says my body fat percentage is dropping though.

Ah! So not super close then. I'm in Colton. I'm surprised you didn't have your surgery in Burlington! I know some folks here that go over there instead of Saranac.

I have friends in your area. Funny you should mention Burlington. I went through a portion of the program in Burlington , probably 10 years ago and did not feel "Comfortable" there. It was quite different from what I felt in Saranac Lake.
I've heard from other people that their program is significantly less personal. I have other doctors in Burlington, so I'm there quite a bit. I never really considered the Bari program there though because when I went out to their website there was some portion that said something about people with BMI's of 35-40 being "occasionally" approved for the surgery. My BMI was 36 at my info session in Saranac. I was afraid in Burlington they would put me through the ringer first before approving surgery or something.

It really did feel less personal. I think the program in Saranac has an advantage as the nurse educator had WLS and she can relate to everyone one of us.
