Five years have flown by.

I'm not going to say a lot - just post my before and after pictures. June 2012, vs. June 2017 where I participated in a 925 mile bike race in a 4-person team (we won our age group!). Obviously impossible prior to my 2012 VSG surgery.

Thanks Grim - so far the bandersnatch is minding his distance.

I've been crazy busy since selling my company 20 months ago. I'm committed to working for the purchaser for 16 more months... And our cycling team just completed a 925 mile, 4-person team race from Oceanside CA to Durango CO last week - the planning and execution of that absorbed me for over a year.
