I admit it. I'm a kitchen appliance hoarder.

I'm a pan snob. I had just a few pans that I would use and nothing else. Now I am a pan snob. A single 12 inch cast iron pan with 4 inch sides. It is a "tank" and I love it!

I love my cast iron skillet. It's great to cook in.

I have a friend that is really into going to garage sales. I have my order in for her to get me a dehydrator. Last year she got me a wonderful mower and weed eater:-)

My blender,nutrabullet,hand held blender my GIANT industrial JUICER, steamed egg maker? ( can boil 12 eggs at once) , Waffle maker, toaster, cheese melt machine thing, microwave are all erm.. what I need even though I do not use half of them.. :/ Okay. Maybe i have a minor problem lol

Well I recently tossed a couple of old rice cookers because we never eat the stuff. A few weeks later DH comes home with a new one because the dog needs rice in her diet. Gotta admit I have been considering an Instant Pot but for a family of two, both sleevers, seems like I wouldn't use it much because I don't want to make yogurt. But I have both a full size and mini Cuisinart, a big blender and a couple of smaller ones. Also toaster oven and crock pot. My stove only has two working burners and I am fine with that. The other half is the jen-air grill which I never use. I want the Jetson's gadget too. I really don't cook anything elaborate any more. Diane S
