I am just graduating beyond yogurt and cottage cheese, because I like those foods and it is easier than trying stuff that may not work. Salmon grilled today, 2 ounces, that was good. I cooked 8 ounces, and had two meals of salmon today, and two meals tomorrow. That fills me up well. I like cod too, tuna. Haven't tried chicken yet because I only like breast and it's dry so I'm kind of avoiding it. And had a couple people stems of steamed broccoli at each meal. I have mmissed vegetables through all the liquid diet phases, that's for sure.

Almonds or no almonds, the single most important thing you can do for yourself is to measure, measure and measure. If you sit down in front of a bag of something you'll be amazed by A) how much you can eat and B) how much your brain will trick you into thinking you didn't eat much.
At only 5 weeks out learn the measuring for everything now so it becomes a habit. That way you also don't start to teach yourself to eat until full, because our stomachs are lying SOB's.
