Argh, weight loss has not made me less clumsy. I fell on the gravel drive yesterday and my knee and a finger are a mess! Very sore today as I still managed to pull weeds in the afternoon because 2 truckloads of mulch were being brought in and you can't mulch over weeds!
B - coffee and yogurt
L - chicken salsa verde
D - salmon
S - protein shake
Going over to my parents tonight for an early birthday dinner. This year instead of going out to a restaurant I opted for grilling at their farm house. My knee started hurting yesterday after swimming. Not sure if I strained it or if my shot is wearing off.
B: Quaker protein oatmeal, coffee
L: 3 oz grilled chicken
D: bunless burger
S: protein bar
E: might walk the lane at my parents place after dinner. It's rather long.

Stealing the RNY meat week from the creepy gastric bypass peeps. By "creepy" I actually mean "wonderful and lovely."
Please don't kill me in my sleep....
I've been having weird stomach discomfort all week that is surprising and unexpected. I may cook up a pot roast and go purees for a few days again to test my comfort. I see the bariatrician next week, so we will see what he says. Trying to lose as much as possible before a revision later this year, so this is sort of annoying.
Plain yogurt of all brands has tasted metallic today, which is weird. I assume all of this is because of all the antibiotics I am on this week for a fractured old root canal.
Meals: 4oz ground sirloin x3 (with some yogurt if it's more tolerable).
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

You are fine :) It's a good idea. It's been going on for a while even before the antibiotics. It's not painful, just....weird. I see the bariatrician once every six weeks anyway, so I may as well talk to him since he and my surgeon communicate daily for other patients anyhow, especially because I'll be revising by January. Better to catch weirdness if something is awry. At worst, it just means I have to watch my meat consumption.
