Woke up feeling great! Then I started talking and started coughing :P But I feel great otherwise! Yay!
I'm hoping to finally get to the farmers market this morning to say hi to my friends there. I can't really buy anything since I'm not planning on cooking for at least the next week but that's okay. We're getting together with friends for a late lunch and some gaming - they won't stay too late so I'm planning to get another good/early night of sleep. Today is a mainly liquid day - tomorrow I'll stick to all shakes and yogurt.

Well, last night I figured out that apparently being alone in my house for extended periods of time is a trigger for me to want to eat. I'm not alone much here. Husband works remote. I have two kids. Well, they are all gone this weekend and I wanted badly to snack. I didn't, but oof it was a rough night.
I have more plans today to hopefully stem any boredom. It's leg day with the trainer at 12 and I slept in until 9am (that was pretty awesome). Then I'm going to see my artist about my next tattoo and I made a plan with a friend for dinner. I've got this!

I slept in and paid for it with very weird dreams... Just walked the dog 2 miles and have more yardwork to do today before a chance of thunderstorms.

PS - I've been sitting at 0.6 pounds from an overweight BMI for 3 days. Hopefully I'll leave "obese" behind me soon!

I'm planning on hanging pool side for a good part of the afternoon, but first off to the store for this weeks supplies. My nerves are up too since I applied for a promotion at work and they called Friday to set up an interview for it. I'm gonna be stressing about that all weekend. Fingers crossed.
