What is the longest you have ever stalled?

I feel like I've been on a stall for 2 weeks or a bit more. It is driving me crazy! I wish I could force my scale to move. Whats the longest any of you have stalled earlyish on?
Close to surgery I actually never stalled. I am always the red headed sleeve stepchild there, though.
My bariatric team warned me that I'd have trouble after a year, and I did. My weight loss crawled to a very slow drudge at about 13 months out. This was a combination of the fact that I had already lost several hundred pounds by that point, my thyroid is currently undergoing death throes finally, and I work like 60-80 hours a week and am under constant stress. I also have BED and major depressive disorder, both of which are utterly horrible when it comes to not eating crap. When people think they have a bad metabolism, they haven't met me. ;)
Even with all that various hubris, I wound up losing 140-145 since surgery (the last five fluctuates). Most people with my history have regained by now, but I have never experienced regain.
However, because of my history, now that my guts are healed, I am able to revise to the DS this year.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
It is not that we have so little time but that we lose so much...the life we receive is not short but we make it so; we are not ill provided but use what we have wastefully. -- Seneca, On the Shortness of Life
I must also be redheaded because I haven't had a single week without a loss yet (knocking on wood over here!). I've had weeks with as little as .4lbs, but never a true stall!
I'm hoping I hit maintenance before it gets hard.

When I was in my losing phase, I stalled for a few weeks at most. Eating more fat always helped me get over the hump. Maybe try adding avocado or walnuts to add more good fats.
Hang in there.

Maybe I will try that. I do love avocados and walnuts both.
To me a stall is "I haven't lost any weight for a month and I don't know why." I can honestly say I have never stalled. Anything shorter than that just seems like normal fluctuations and loss patterns - sometimes we lose consistently, other times we don't. Stair step loss patterns are normal and it seems that way especially for women who menstruate.
I did, effectively, not lose weight my second year post-op, but this didn't fit my definition of stall because I knew exactly why I wasn't losing weight.

Unfortunately, I have no idea why I'm not losing since I am working out and following the plan. I guess I am just impatient and need to calm down. I was just wondering how longer others spent with theirs. Though perhaps mine has broken since the scale moved this morning.
Well, remember my definition involves "a month or more." So I wouldn't worry about it at 2 weeks :)
Are you weighing and tracking everything you put into your mouth with something like MyFitnessPal? Are you getting 64+ ounces of fluids a day? Did you just start working out in this time period? (Oftentimes people will stop losing for a bit immediately after they start exercising, but the loss starts up again.)
And, of course, remember that it's unlikely you put the weight on in a consistent daily gain pattern - there were probably "stalls" on the way up too... we just didn't notice them or care about them! So it's unlikely that we'll all lose in a consistent daily pattern :)
If you stick to the plan, get your protein and water, you'll reach your goal eventually. And, thankfully, you'll get to the point where you forget about those annoying 2-3 week periods when the scale didn't move at all. (That's my hope at least!)

Yeah, MFP has become my best friend and to me I have a lot of fun logging. I have started a really heavy workout plan, 5-6 days with a mix of strength/cardio with 4 hours of yoga a week. I have always been a worrier, it's always been my biggest issue.
Gwen suggested www.trendweight.com to me. It will integrate with a scale, but you can also manually enter. It's really nice to see things smoothed out and know you're going in the right direction even if loss is stopped/slowed.
