Super busy week, I'm exhausted! Ready for the weekend. Kids show up to camp starting Sunday, so next week will be my first experience with them there. Looking forward to it!

Sadly, had a BED lapse today where I mindlessly ate for about two minutes. I immediately knocked that off and got back on the wagon. I have been feeling bleh since then, which is likely mostly annoyance at myself.

I wound up just doing one protein shake and yogurt. Harvey is grumbly, so I chose not to pu**** after my mistake. Back on the wagon tomorrow, no excuses!

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
