Whatcha eating today VSGers? Tuesday, 5/30/2017
I ended up doing my last meal yesterday as a yogurt instead of a protein shake. I realized that I'm going to need to eat yogurt post-op due to the antibiotic, so I needed to make sure I found a variety that I could eat and that I like. I opted for the Dannon Great Light and Fit Peach. It's acceptable! (I'm not a yogurt fan.)
Today is an exciting day. After the house is cleaned I'm going to start getting it ready for surgery recovery! I have a shower wand, a shower stool, a toilet riser and arms, and a few other odds and ends to arrange. Woo!

I finished my veggie garden planting and drip line repairs! Woo, all that bending is hard on the back. More bending on tap today as I need to keep working on weeding the flower beds. Add in a hair appt and picking up my new car and it's a full day!

Sounds like a great day! And I don't know about you, but when I have super physically active days now I'm always amazed, even three years out. I still have that sense of awe and wonder that "this is MY life and I can do these things!"

Well, I'm down 3.8lbs after vacation. I'll take that! Probably my first vacation ever where I lost weight. I had a doctor's appointment this morning and my blood pressure was 98/60 I've never had the cuff squeeze me so little!

E: Going to run intervals at the Fitness Center on lunch break and seeing my trainer tonight. This is the first week where I'll be going 3 days instead of two so my work out will be changing. I haven't worked out in about 5 days because of my kids being sick and then travel to friends/back home. I'm looking forward to it!
