First, ask yourself if you are really hungry. Does 2 oz of chicken or a tuna packet sound appealing? If so, eat that and the dense protein may help you. If its not appealing, you have head hunger and need the distraction solutions. Sometimes a small glass of warm skim milk works for me and helps you sleep. The darn tv is always a eating cue. I sit and pet my puppy. Diane S

Yes nighttime eating can be hard & you end up wanting to snack. Re arranging the timing of your meals can help. For me I usually eat protein like fish or shrimp then chew gum & color. Figure I gotta wait the 1/2 hour anyway so its my distraction. B4 I know it I gotta go to bed.

This is occasionally an issue. I eat power crunch protein bars. They ave 13/14g protein, 13 fat, 9/10 carbs. They are like Wafer cookies covered with chocolate or white chocolate. They are not too sweet, but flavorful and fulfilling. I never feel guilty about eating them. And they satisfy me when I'm too hungry to get to sleep. I plan to start seeing a therapist for eating disorders, as my binging is becoming more problematic now that my weight loss is progressing closer to goal.
