Vitamins in. Water on track..drinking at least 100 oz the past few days. Exercise..well my arms will get a workout brushing and vacuuming the pool.
I woke up late and had things to do so im just getting on.
Late breakfast spinach, yellow pepper, ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
Late lunch steak, sweet potato and grilled mushrooms. Also cheesecake from Logans
S Greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange.
The taco casserole was good that was posted last week.

Stressed today, our "pod" arrived today and we sign the sale papers on Monday. Whole lot of boxes to move tonight and tomorrow.

Yesterday was a good day. I didn't get in all the exercise I wanted to, but I was having dizziness again, related to the weather.
Yesterdays #'s: Calories-1134, Fat-52.8g, Fiber-8.5g, Carbs-57.1g, Sodium-1657.7mg, Protein-107.8g, Water-2380ml. Daily Calorie Composition: 20% from carbs, 42% from fat and 38% from protein.
AM/B: coffee with Premier protein
AM: Premier Protein Clear Raspberry = PRETTY DARN GOOD! And I don't like raspberry...
L: Chicken Breast, Cottage Cheese, Sriracha Hummus
D: Chicken Breast Cottage Cheese, Chipotle Hummus
