Pain in stomach...

A little background... I am 4 years post-op. I've lost roughly 150 lbs (depending on the day) and have been maintaining. I've never had any complications or anything to complain about... but now I have an issue (not even sure if it's WLS related or not). But...

Starting this past Saturday I noticed I wasn't feeling so great, kinda nauseated and just in general not hungry (which is unusual for me because I am hungry often.) I had the same issue on Sunday but a little more pronounced. Yesterday (Monday) I started having pain in my stomach. It's hard to explain, but the pain feels like it's on the inside; kind of a burning pain, yet at times sharp. I also felt uncomfortable bloated. Today I'm having the same issue but it feels like at times my stomach is actually spasming some (if that makes sense.) When I eat the pain subsides briefly but returns within about 15-20 minutes.

I made an appointment with my doctor but cannot get in for several days, so just thought I'd post here and see if anyone else who's a little further out has encountered anything like this.

There are a dozen things it might be. Ulcer, hernia, gallbladder, twisted bowel, obstruction, or just an ordinary bug, flu, or upset tummy. There really is no way to guess. See your doc, but if it gets much worse, you might want to go to urgent care.

Have you found out what it could possibly be? I have been having roughly the same issues for around 3 weeks now and I am 2 years out from VSG. I have a lot of burping, and upper abdominal pain as well as tightness in my chest at times.
