Diarrhea
on 5/13/17 4:44 am
it is day 9 and full liquids, which for me has been still just protein drinks and a little triple zero yogurt. But I am starting to have diarrhea, consistently. I read about people having constipation all the time, but has anyone had this issue? The drinks are premiere protein and oikos triple zero yogurt, sometimes, but just a few spoons. Total calories about 400.

Yep - while constipation is common due to the low fiber diet we typically are on, liquid in/liquid out is also common early on during that phase. I never had a fully liquid only diet so my body couldn't make up its mind between the two, and sometimes I had both at the same time - blockage backed up by liquid (watch out when it finally moved!)
