Bai Drinks
I've struggled with finding calorie free drinks post surgery that aren'****er. After about 8 weeks water went down fine, but sometimes I like something with a little flavor. I found these Bai drinks and they are really good. 5 calories per serving (so 10 calories per 16oz bottle) and 1g of sugar. I'm a Type I diabetic who wears a continuous glucose monitor and they don't raise my BG at all. I like the carbonated ones even better (I don't have issues with carbonation) but they are hard to find locally. They are sweetened with Stevia and Erythritol, but they don't have any funky taste.

Since surgery, I've had so much trouble finding things to drink besides water that taste good to me. So far only coffee (finally****d tea, and Diet Lipton Green Tea with Citrus.
I am definitely going to try this and see how I like it. I love that it isn't sweetened with sucralose. Thanks for the heads up, Erin!
They have a lot of flavors and various stores carry different ones I've found. If you google their website you can use their locater to find stores near you that carry them and can sort by flavors that sound interesting!

Yes, similar to buying a bottled soda I guess. I am getting them from $1.59-$1.79 where I'm buying them (Walmart, Walgreens and Price Chopper).

I'd never even looked at these because I assumed they were full of sugar, but I recently learned that they're not. I had a coconut lime(?) one this weekend that was good and a pomegranate one I didn't like as much. I'll have to look for the coconut pineapple--is that one carbonated? Carbonation is uncomfortable for me, so I skip it.
I also like the Diet Snapple half lemonade half iced tea.

My husband gave up caffeine 3+ years ago and likes to occasionally have a Mug Rootbeer. It's not my thing. I do love a diet Caffeine free coke every once in awhile though!
