Whatcha eating today VSGers? Monday, 5/8/2017
My stomach has been hurting from eating junk, fast food and my body aches all over. I started drinking diet mt dews again. I think the carbs and the diet drink is making me feel like crud so back to meal planning. I went to the store and bought all kinds of fruit and vegetables. I've got meals prepped for next three days while I work nights.
B 2 ounces ham with sauteed spinach
L 2 ounces turkey breast, 1 ounce mozzarella cheese, 1 cup spinach
D 6 turkey meatballs , 2 cups salad,1 tbsp italian dressing
S 1 ounce almonds
S 1 ounce mozzarella cubes
Premier protein with coffee

This is my first time adding my meals to one of these posts!
Breakfast - 1 egg over easy
Snack - Greek 100, lower carbs and good protein for a yogurt!
Lunch - "Taco" Salad, which is just some of Chipotle's sofritas filling with some hot salsa added to it
Dinner - Not sure, I always have a hard time deciding meals! Maybe just protein shake it, I add a cup of fairlife whole milk to a Premier Protein chocolate shake (tastes just like chocolate milk that way.)
Snack - One of those Jack Link's beef and cheese stick packets. Lowest quality cheese I've ever had, but somehow still delicious.
I am ready to get the pool opened up and cleaned..going to hit the 90's midweek and I am ready to float along and relax in the sun..will be needing a new swimsuit since I'm at least 2-3 sizes smaller than last summer (wow gotta let that sink in)

Hey everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend. Weather was beautiful in the Midwest, so spent lots of time outdoors between transporting some rescue pups up to Bethany, Mo on Saturday and lunch with friends on a patio yesterday after shelter duty. :)
B: 2 hard boiled eggs
S: Activia light vanilla yogurt
L: 3 oz roast beef, 1/3 c cooked baby carrots
D: going to Luna Azteca, they have something called grilled fiesta platter, which is a grilled chicken breast, served with sautéed onions, peppers, zucchini and tomato. Going to try and keep my mitts out of the chips before dinner and drink my water.

Today I have had:
Breakfast: Starbucks Venti Ice Coffee with a splash of half & half - 170cals. Reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich - 230cals
Lunch: Pei Wei Sweet & Sour Steamed chicken w/o rice (steamed chicken, red bell peppers, snow peas) - 290cals
Dinner: I just have a premeir protein shake - 160cals
Totals for the day
900cals, 70g protien, 121g Carb, 14g fat
