Having a WHAT THE HECK DID I DO moment

For me first few weeks post surgery I had to just keep moving, walk as much as you can to get the air bubbles from the anaesthetic/surgery and the new stomach moving around and eventually out!

I would say most people go thru a wtf moment post surgery (I will be honest and say I had about a good half dozen) but hang in there because it does get better and you will also have several Yahoo moments on your journey.

Be gentle and kind with yourself, the surgery is no small thing and you have already climbed that mountain!! Just think of all the cuddles and activities you are going to enjoy with your darling child once you lose weight, become more active and are feeling good again.

Wishing you all the best :)

Be strong! You got this! When you are sipping, make sure you are standing or sitting straight up. Don't drink fast. It was verrrry hard for me to get my water and protein in the first week/week and a half.

You got this :)

Sorry about your son. He still loves you and just remember you did this for him too!
