Hello! I am new to these forums. They were suggested by my surgeon as another form of support. So I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I am Lisa and I will be lurking around. :) I am 34 from RI and I am having the VSG on May 17th!!! I am currently in my pre-op diet phase! I am super excited and look forward to learning from you guys!

Welcome Lisa - so glad you joined the forum. The support on here is amazing and the helpful hints and suggestions from all the VSG friends on here is great!!

I am 40 and I had the VSG surgery on April 3rd and I am feeling amazing. No regrets - only regret I have is I wish I had done it sooner.

Can't wait to sit next to you on the loser's bench!!
