I eat a bunch of different flavors of these, either starkist or bumblebee brand. I eat two a day (10am and 3pm). Gets me 14-17g protein each packet, and 60-90 cal depending on the flavors.

I think I lived on these my first couple months. They definitely got me through pureed phase - pureed with a tablespoon of nonfat plain greek yogurt. And they are a go to when I'm traveling since they don't require refrigeration. Seriously, these foil pouch tuna (I also like the salmon ones) are the best.
Other go to snacks for me now for protein are jerky (but I try not to have it two days in a row, my fluid retention levels are really sodium sensitive), pork rinds and if refrigeration isn't a problem, a couple of chilled shrimp or 2oz of lunch meat.
