Almost ready for surgery

I have one more test before my second appt with the surgeon. If all checks out well we will be scheduling my surgery sate. I'm so excited and anxious at the same time

I can't wait. My apprehension is more about being able to do what I need to do, but I'm so ready!

Great it won't be long now. Make sure you stay on your pre op diet will make it easier after surgery. Good Luck

Any words of wisdom on how to tolerate a 2wk liquid diet?

Have a place you can go to scream, really loudly, without frightening other people.

Just think about your end goal. I did not eat with my family to much temptation, I am 5 weeks post surgery and still not sitting at the dinner table. I look at food as I do gas for my car it is just fuel for my body. Hang in there it will get better
