10 years post op. Go ahead ask!
Thanks for offering your experience. When I did this 7 plus years ago there were so people who had been out there for very long. I don't see your typical eating as so bad if it works for you. My diet is similar except I really avoid crackers and carbs. But I eat too much cheese instead. Again, glad you checked in. Diane S
Thanks for coming back! I am about 9 months post-op and love to hear from veterans. Great job maintaining your weight loss. I pray I can say the same after 10 years

Hi Anita!
I just wanted to welcome you back to the boards and congratulate you on your success! I don't care what anybody says to you. Wls is not the easy way out and you fought hard to lose 100 lbs and keep it off. Don't lose sight of that!
I had my sleeve in 2009 and lost 114 pounds. I am really active and watch what I eat. However, I slowly started gaining weight three years out and it all came back on. I think the biggest problem is I was a night shift worker and had horrible insomnia for 8 years. My pcos went haywire and here I am. The story has a happy ending though! I am now on day shift and had a revision surgery to a ds. I'm getting back on track!
Rake care and welcome back!
