Normal BMI!!!

VSG on 07/07/16

Got on the scale this morning and weigh 158!! For the first time in over 35 years I have a normal BMI. This has been an amazing journey ,reached my goal of 160 and still going down. The vsg was the greatest thing I have ever done for myself!

Congrats that's a MAJOR milestone, I'm only 22 pounds away and even though I'm still working very hard and losing, I feel like I might never get there.

I don't think I've ever been a normal BMI. At least not since toddler stages.
