I'm up 2lbs from my lowest this morning and angry about it. I was up 1.6lbs yesterday and hoping I'd be back down today. This is the first time I've seen anything but down in 14 weeks and I just started a new cycle of weight lifting. Therefore, my logical brain says: "Hey stupid, it's fine." My illogical brain is already in the corner rocking and sobbing.

B: Siggi's & PB2 and Babybel

L: P3 Protein Pack (this one had an expire date of tomorrow, so I'm on it).

D: Turkey Roll ups and cheese

S: 1/2 Premier Protein

E: 2.5 mile walk on lunch break, done!

This is one of the reasons I recommend Trendweight to everyone. For me, it really helps me to not focus on the day to do weight fluctuations and, instead, to focus on my trending weight. This way illogical brain doesn't take over and screw my entire life up :P

Nothing exciting to report today lol.

B Premier protein shake

L prob another shake since I'm sitting in the pickup line at school, and then me and my son are going for a hair cut yay!

D homemade Sloppy Joe's (no bun for me) and pepperjack cheese

Looks like my protein will barely meet the minimum today..this new birth control is making me nauseated and not want to eat at all..the struggle is real! I called the nurse at my GYN office and they are calling me in a different one to try. Crossing my fingers..I really want to try an IUD, but since hubby has changed jobs insurance hasn't kicked in yet.

Water and vitamins good. Walking and rowing today.
