I feel like I have sooooo much to do today .... because I'm the worlds biggest procrastinator I DO...lol any who WISH ME LUCK!!excepting all good vibes and prayer donations!!
Woo! You can do it! Thankfully.. actually having surgery is pretty easy - you just go in and get to sleep the whole time! :) It's harder for the people who have to worry about you.
"Walk and sip" should be your mantra for the next many days - you can do it!

Awesome, all the best and welcome to the losers' bench.
It's unpleasant, but make sure you use your incentive spirometer as often as you can handle (the breathing thing). You want to exercise your lungs after anesthesia. And once they let you drink water, do the best that you can.

So exciting, congratulations!! Ugh, the spirometer...I hated that thing, but I dutifully used it even for the first week after I got home per surgeon's orders. It really helped though! For me, was one of the easiest surgeries I ever had, so hopefully it will be the same for you! See you on the other side!
