It's Monday again. Three weeks left in the term and six weeks until plastics. w00t. I had a hectic weekend and wasn't able to get as much school work done as I would have liked, so I'll need to be on the ball today to make my midnight deadlines. I also need to plan meals for the week because I haven't thought beyond tonight's dinner!

3: fish, stir fry veg, rice for the guy

exercise: yoga!

Breakfast: Scrambled egg with spinach and mushrooms, pink grapefruit chunks
Snack: Sliced Cucumber, minced red onion and cilantro
Lunch: Grilled chicken tender, sliced tomato and avocado
Snack: Yogurt or fruit if I'm hungry
Dinner: Probably another grilled chicken tender and some type of veggie and maybe a couple tablespoons of quinoa
Today is my 3 month F/U with the surgeon! I can't be the only one who picked out the lightest weight dress I own on a 38 degree morning and threw a jean jacket over it right? I know it doesn't really matter, but I desperately want to be under 180lbs on their scale. Last time I think I was up about 4lbs from home. This morning I was 175.6 at home...so it's going to be close!

Happy (dreary) Monday everyone! It's so rainy and depressing here in NC. i am avoiding starting work this morning and just drinking my coffee. We went out of town this past weekend and I always feel tired when I don't get a restful weekend at home. Oh well, we had fun! Have a great week, Sleevers!

Another rainy Monday, tomorrow will be another rainy Tuesday!:-) I see smoke rising from a lot of my neighbor's chimneys. I do love that smell! The chill in the air, the rain and that wonderful Smokey smell makes me feel like I am at the coast in Montana! I hope everyone has a great start to their week.
