Three month surgiversary!
Hi everyone -
I hope all of you are enjoying your weekend - it's beautiful in NH!
Well, I officially am below 180 as of today. Weighed 178 this a.m.
I was shooting for 175 in my head but I'm perfectly content with 178.
Having the VSG was the best decision (other than having my girls) I've made
in my life. I feel great and am off all of my meds. Plus, the cherry on top for me was
no more CPAP machine!
I'm 52 and have now added a few new things to my bucket list - woo hoo!
Zip line here I come!

Thanks for your post! Congrats! I am looking forward to surgery hopefully at the end of June and have been questioning a little bit whether I should or not. Hearing that you are off of the CPAP is encouraging - I hate that thing!
So glad to hear of your success!
Thank you ! I can honestly say that having the surgery has been a blessing in so many ways.
I wish the best for you. There are definitely more success stories than not.
