Yesterday was great. had 22703 steps, AND did yin yoga! Food was hard to get in.

B - greek yogurt and coffee
L - chicken salad (my market - Ralphs - sells the breast meat from their rotisserie chickens picked off, deskinned, deboned, and packaged on its own. So easy when you need cooked chicken for something!)
D - egg and cheese on half a bagel thin
S - protein shake and edamame
