Whatcha eating today? Friday, 4/21/2017
Today is attempt #2 to find a psychiatrist - wish me luck! I'm still in the pain I was in yesterday so I opted to sleep through my fitness classes when I went to bed last night. I think that was the right call. Especially because I'm marching for science tomorrow! Aside from my appointment I've got grocery shopping and homework so I'm looking forward to a great day.
1: protein shake
2: tofu!
3: roast beef hash, fried eggs

L tuna and cottage cheese
D ham and sweet potato
S Greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange
Have a great day
Going out to dinner with my BFFs tonight, so not sure what lunch/dinner will be. I have 4 options I've picked out, gonna depend on which is cheapest lol
Since I'm a late riser (up now cuz can't sleep, trying again in a few), dinner for everyone else is usually my breakfast or lunch lol.
B: Probably a boiled egg and cheese sticks, coffee w/heavy cream
L&D: To be determined
Water and vites on track
E: Nope
- premier protein chocolate
- P3 - chicken/peanuts/cheddar + babybel cheese
- not sure yet :)
For those of you who haven't seen these - Try blue diamond bold salt and vinegar almonds.. awesome. Great replacement for salt and vinegar chips if you haven't tried them yet.
Exercise was 45 minutes of moderate cardio, and arm/chest/back day with the weights after cardio. Scale isn't moving, because of muscle gainz (lol) noticing some slight vascularness of the arms. Hard work but happy with the results so far.

Good luck with the shrinky-dink. Hopefully, this one has knowledge of BED and has the courage to treat it.
Yesterday was über busy and I didn't post yesterdays menu until about 2200 last night.
Today, I am meeting with a former employer. May be going back to working locally, versus out of state. Would still be from home on my computer, with the option of a couple days a week in the office.
AM/B: Espresso w/Premier Protein & SF Peppermint Torani
AMS: Chicken breast & Cottage Cheese
E: Arms & Lots of cardio
PMS: premier protein & coffee, cottage cheese & chicken breast
D: chicken breast & baby carrots
ES: L&F yogurt
Water & vites(done)
Good Luck on the Job!
The premier with the expresso and Peppermint Torani sounds divine. Last Winter I would frequently do the chocolate premier with a little extra added milk and the peppermint Torani as a hot chocolate. If you don't add some kind of liquid it is too sweet...but expresso definitely takes it up a notch!

Happy Friday, everyone! Hope you all have a great weekend. The wicked, sometime benevolent scale took my 3 lb water weight gain away today, plus a pound, so I'll jump for joy on that and stay away from left over Easter Ham, which had to have been filled with sodium, I am sure! :) Costco trip planned for this weekend, and praying I can bypass all the sample passer outters! :) Keep mind on Nature's Domain dog food and Premier Protein, Sherrie. :)

Sounds like everyone is having a busy Friday! Good luck with the psychiatrist Gwen, hopefully this is the one!
I pick up my much missed pup from the sitters today. She usually acts depressed for a few days after I bring her home, she loves it there so much. My friend spoils her even more than I do!
Our weather forecast for the next 7 days is rain, rain then more rain. At least we will be green and lush this summer with very little chance of fires.
