Whatcha eating today? Wednesday, 4/19/2017
I'm in the home stretch for the week. That's how Wednesday works, right? I had intended to come home after school (via a brief grocery trip for dinner supplies) but I think I'll be spending the afternoon in the library instead so I can make some good progress on my essay that's due Friday. I've been distracted at home, so the library seems like a good option.

Life has been crazy busy. Work is good but is just flying. I feel like I have been teetering on the edge of being sick for like a month now. It is getting annoying. I got a great night sleep and need to be more diligent about getting to bed by 10 or 11 because that makes a big difference.
I've been doing ok with getting more fruits and vegetables in. Evening snacking is still the hardest time for me.
Plan for today - might change. My husband mentioned wanted to go on a date tonight, so we will see.
B: fit frappe & coffee
L: carrots, cucumbers, snow peas & hummus + salami
S: cottage cheese & blackberries
D: leftover thai or date night
S: rice cakes + apple & pb2
e: crossfit - mostly lifting today. might try to get out for a run at lunch
Hump Day, folks! Yay! I have been struggling with night time snacking too, Stacey, so I totally understand. Keep on telling my husband to eat up all the Easter Dinner leftovers or give to his single guy work friends to get it out of the house. :)

S: 1/3 oz roasted unsalted peanuts
L: 3 oz Oscar Meyer Bold Chipotle Chicken deli slices, 1/3 c. 7 layer salad

Water: why am I finding it so hard to reach 64 oz???? I make it to about 50-55 every day if you count my protein shake in am.
Vites: yep
