I remember that I'd always have maddening stalls right before major milestones. Like Onederland. I stalled for at least a week at 200 :P

That's why I only weigh at the docs office..if I stall I don't even know, lol. I just look for the lower weight once a month. Ignorance is bliss sometimes..at least this early in the journey
Started a 10 week walking challenge at work this week. Managed to get in 8,000 steps yesterday. I like a little competition but I mainly joined it to give me a push on increasing my overall steps. Other then that my stomach been kinda blah today so I'm mainly focusing on hydration.
B: 1/2 packet protein oatmeal
L: 1 hardboiled egg
D: not sure, depends on how I feel.
S: maybe a protein bar

Appointment with the PCP went GREAT. She didn't make any comments to even suggest that I couldn't be on Vyvanse for forever. HUGE sigh of relief. I guess I was panicked for nothing. PHEW.
And she asked for my advice/opinion for another patient she has who had VSG a year ago, lost weight, and then gained it all back. So that was nice to feel like she thought I would have useful input :)

L 2 ounces boneless skinless chicken thighs with 1 tbsp. barbeque sauce, pinto beans
D 2 ounces boneless skinless chicken thighs with 2 cups salad and 1 ounce of Italian dressing
S 1/2 apple and 1/2 avocado
E walked 30 minutes ran 10 minutes intermittently( I have never ran in my life, unless I was chasing an ice cream truck!)
