Whatcha eating today? Saturday, 4/15/2017
It's the weekend!! I'm up super early because my bff and I are driving up to New York to see Nail Gaiman speak this evening. We're picking my nephew up en route, since he's spending Spring Break with my mom. Fun and excitement!
My eating will be strange for the next many meals because my bff is vegan, so we'll be eating vegan stuff.

2: baked seasoned tofu
3: no idea!
liquid and vites: on track and hopefully will stay that way. Sometimes I forget all my vites while traveling.
exercise: hopefully we'll play the "run around like crazy people" game when we stop for lunch to get some energy out.

Yawn. We have my Dad's very senior little-white-fluffy-dog for 3 weeks while he's in Hawaii and he did not want to sleep last night. We're going to try and get in some outside time and work today before it rains this afternoon.

I've hit a plateau; teetering just on the edge of Onederland for THREE WEEKS now. So I'm examining my diet and exercise and tweaking for success.

L: Undecided. Probably mozzarella and prosciutto rolls.

Vites: The Bari vites are really upsetting my stomach this week. Will mention it at my app't.
Exercise: Modified Zumba for 35 minutes today. Walking with the dogs later. Knees still K-taped. Spine follow-up app't on Monday. Easy does it, but just keep doing it!

It's finally a beautiful weekend here in Ohio. Gonna be 80 today. I've been trying to stay active this past week but it's been hard. Never knew how bad acid reflux can be until now.

Relaxing for a bit before I celebrate Easter early with my son and husband. He has to work tomorrow and then we are headed to my in-laws for supper. Currently I am stretched on the couch with a big fur baby sleeping aross my legs...guessing she doesn't want me to get up or move at all for that matter with her 40 lb. self snoring in La La Land lol.

Got my new sofa sectional yesterday, and I spent a bit of the evening moving it around the living room seeing where it would fit in the scheme of how I want to use it.
My mom and dad came over this morning because their washer died yesterday. Thank God I have a double loader. Since they left, I've been doing laundry and consolidating all my tax info for my agent. About to take that across town to her. I know there is a lot of data missing. But I'm already gonna have to bend over for Uncle Sam... Did I forget to mention that I'm filing for 2015, too?!!!
Hope all have a good food day. I ate some crack chicken, cos there's no other protein in the house but bars, premier, powder, or bars... It's ok. I'm not über crazy about it.
