I got 12500 steps yesterday with my beach walk! We had a great time. I forgot how much I loved doing that with my friends. We had dinner at this little hamburger stand with benches overlooking the ocean. I split a turkey sandwich with one of my friends and just ate the turkey and bacon guts and two fries.

College is a gift, that is for sure. I would like to go back for my doctorate, theoretically. However, it's not necessary and I've got enough student loans from my masters bachelors and two associates hanging on my tail! My education right now is self care, and it is a darned hard lesson to learn.
Yesterdays food was odd. I haven't been able to figure out how to count the crack chicken yet (add all ingredients, put in fitbit and breakdown). I had a 'dinner' with a friend at a place that had a nutritional menu and got a chicken salad that had avacado, bacon, tomatoes and chive/green onions with a vinaigrette. Of course the nutritional value was for the small salad or the large salad. So, I have a large leftover container in the fridge to try to breakdown what I ate from that!!! I was able to get to the gym, 20 minutes before and after the dinner, to work out and got about 9400steps, which is far better than the rest of the week. I came home feeling protein starved and had a had a premier and two power crunch bars.
AM/B: SF Latte with BE Inspire Cinnamon Cappucino Protein (this expired in 2011, but it still had a good seal. So I opened it and it smelled good. Put it in. Lo and Behold! It IS still good!)

And I'm down, though I probably shouldn't have weighed myself... 187!
Glad my son is on spring break..it felt good to sleep in this morning after such a busy week. And after all the stress, my husband found a new job..and even better it's not retail so he will have a set schedule and weekends/holidays off..sooo much more family time now!

Prob need a high protein snack, just not feeling it today.. not hungry again, so not gonna pu**** or worry over it. I have plenty of "reserves" lol.
Vitamins in. Water good. Hoping to get my rowing machine put together today.
Congrats to your husband on the new job! That sounds like it'll be great for your family :D
