I just googled Bromelain out of curiosity. It sure shows a lot of promise in studies to reduce inflammation and cut post surgery recovery time. It even shows significant promise with osteoarthritis. I use Turmeric(Curcumin) for my inflammation and will definitely look into taking Bromelain as well. It sure wouldn't hurt to give it a try for after your surgery. I wonder if it takes time to work, maybe starting it before your surgery? Thanks for posting about this, it will be interesting to see if anyone has tried it.

Another rainy day, it just won't stop! Leaving for vacation on Sunday to Seattle, even more rain in the forecast! Why didn't I plan a trip to Mexico, somewhere with some sun????? Oh well, it will be nice to getaway, even with the rain:-)

B-4oz Noosa yogurt with 1/3c Kind protein granola and 2tbsp walnuts.

L-1 hard boiled egg, mozzarella stick and 1/2c strawberries

D-Homemade meatloaf and 3 bean salad

S-Chai tea w/premier protein shake

E-Swim laps and walk the dog

W&V-on track

I had to take my brother and SIL to the airport and i stopped by the nursing home to visit my friend.

B spinach, yellow pepper, ham and cheese omelet and string cheese

L subway club on flatbread

D cheeseburger

S Greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange

trying to stay on track but I'm planning To have dessert on Easter.
