Feeling good today. Been On Track and decarbing for four days now.
Sn: Protein Coffee
L: 4 oz. Pot Roast
Sn: Strawberry Cream Protein Shake
D: Chicken Wings, salad
Sn: IP Yogurt (w/ Torani S/F Raspberry syrup)
I've got so many kitchen tools (a/k/a gadgets) and I told myself not to buy any more --- but I really want to get a dehydrator so I can make Jerky. Will have to check Amazon. Can anyone recommend one?
I had so much fun with my son on his field trip today! We went to a historical farm that taught he kids about farm life in the early 1900's..and walked nearly 2 miles (not much to some, but a miracle for me..this time last year I would've had a heat stroke trying to do that outdoors in the deep south) I don't have words for how it felt to be a normal mom. This is a lifetime battle I know, but I do not regret anything about getting VSG.

Sounds like everyone is doing good, congratulations on your graduation Gwen! I would love to take some yoga classes. My therapist practices Kundalini yoga and is urging me to take some beginning classes. I just have to work on not letting fear get in my way, I have a bit of social anxiety:-) I finally got the scholarship for my local health club and I've been too scared to walk in the front door! I used to swim there all the time and I was 80lbs heavier than I am now, what the heck????

I'm thinking spaghetti squash for dinner (with lean beef and some kind of spaghetti sauce)... Or maybe I'll try making a manicotti style bake like the one "Becca the gastric chef" on youtube made a couple weeks ago... It looked fantastic.
I've been a bum the past few days and haven't worked out. So I'm gonna get back on that today after work. Yesterday I made the mistake of having dinner right after work (I had an Atkins crustless chicken pot pie) and after I ate of course I didn't "feel like doing anything. (lazy)"
